The first time I stepped on a yoga mat, I was 18 years old. I had no expectations other than I didnβt want to fart in class. ;) Little did I know, I was embarking on a lifelong journey of self-care and self-discovery. β£
Over the years, yoga helped me rediscover my relationship with my body and learn to love it in a whole new way. When I struggled with anxiety and depression, yoga held me like no one else could. And yoga has helped me build confidence and faith in myself in a way I never imagined!
Almost twenty (!!) years later, Iβm now a certified yoga instructor and canβt wait to share everything Iβve learned with you.
I am a certified 200-RYT and Yin teacher. My interests include yoga for 9-5 corporate workers and yoga for women, however I love to bring the joy of this practice to all bodies who want to try. My style is inclusive, lighthearted, and fun β¦ letβs laugh and play along the way, shall we?

Yoga 101
The perfect option for those brand new to yoga! Learn the poses and get used to moving your body in a new way β in a safe and judgment-free environment. Suitable for all ages over 12.
Flow + Let Go
An all-levels flow class that can range from cozy and gentle to sweaty and spicy! You set the tone.
Youβll leave feeling relaxed, limber, and mentally a little bit lighter.
Yin + Release
Enjoy longer-held poses that target deep into your connective tissue. Rooted in both ancient Chinese and Indian traditions, this class may challenge you with sitting in stillness longer.

Having experienced years of chronic pain due to working in a corporate setting, I am super passionate about providing yoga to the 9-5 worker. Iβll come to your office and help your teams move!
Iβm also interested in supporting women through all life stages. With yoga, I can help you during your menstrual cycle, menopause, and rebuilding strength after baby. Note: I am not yet trained in prenatal yoga.
As a lifelong horseback rider, I love to provide yoga classes for equestrians. Not only does yoga improve strength and flexibility for riders, but it can also help you in deepening your connection to your horse.
